At the lovely Bella Lago 122, you are pleasantly greeted with a spacious, air-conditioned open floor Living Space with the amazingly comfortable, new furniture in the Living Room, a HUGE flat screen TV and a spectacular water view. Glass sliders open up to a large, Screened In Lanai outfitted with both dining and relaxing patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and take in the sea breezes. Fabulous, newly remodeled Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including that oh-so-important Dishwasher! There's a Den off the Kitchen which offers the perfect spot for a quiet read or to work remotely (free Wifi in this condo). The gorgeous Master Bedroom En Suite, with a wonderful Master Bath, features a King Sized Bed, its own TV and private Lanai access. Queen Bunk Beds in Guest Bedroom has its own TV and a lovely Guest Bath right next door.

For your convenience, this vacation condo offers you a full sized Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. You can pack light and no going home with dirty clothes! Also for your convenience, there is a secured lobby, a building elevator, and free on-site parking. On the ground floor, there is a private locked Storage Closet which has your beach chairs, umbrella, wagons, etc. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Bella Lago guests are treated to wonderful Resort Amenities: Resort Sized Heated Pool, Fitness Center, BBQ area, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocce Courts, Walking Paths, and Chipping and Pitching Greens. Best of all, Bella Lago Guests have a private Beach Access directly across the street. Just steps away, there is a crosswalk with flashing lights in front of the Bella Lago complex that leads directly to our beautiful beaches.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars open, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

The location of Bella Lago offers other benefits. "The condo was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. Easy access to beach and a pool and hot tub to enjoy if you didn't want sand. It would have been nice to use the pool and hot tub longer at night. Sunset was to early to close it. Highly recommend this unit. Nancy C. from Allegany, NY
