Privateer 301A is a coastal beauty of a condo on the 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a modern, light filled, and an open floor layout with lots of island style! Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, this condo has wood vinyl planking throughout and features a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, glass tiled backsplash and new appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer to make your vacation a pleasant "home-away-from-home" experience.
The dining area has a beautiful, large table for six to accommodate home cooked meals or take out should you want to eat in. The living room offers comfortable seating for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the huge flat screen TV. (Sleeper sofa will sleep two guests.) But best of all, the open living area boasts a sun room - decorated with a nautical theme, of course, and with floor to ceiling windows on two sides (this is a corner condo) giving you lovely north and east views of the island. Think of sunshine and palm trees swaying in the breeze!
The spacious Master Bedroom is an En Suite with a comfortable King sized Bed, its own wall mounted flat screen TV and a floor to ceiling window with a partial Gulf view and view of the pool. The remodeled Master Bath has a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom is bright and white with new furniture, a Queen sized Bed, and its own wall mounted flat screen TV. Guest Bath is next door with a tub/shower combo.
The Privateer has a private pool for its guests where you can enjoy taking a cool dip, along with a sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs where you can just soak up the warmth of the sun. The tables around the pool are perfect for picnics or sunset dinners prepared on the BBQ gas grill. But best of all, you have the beach in your backyard! Seven miles of a big, clean, beautiful, safe beach where you can swim or walk for hours and see the dolphins play and enjoy the sea birds. End every day by having a seat at one of the benches at Privateer's sunset deck and watch gorgeous sunsets setting over the Gulf. Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking, world-famous sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.
Beautifully landscaped with flowering tropical plants, The Privateer is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops, tiki bars, marinas, bike rentals, and restaurants. The beach trolley will take you up and down the island to Lover's Key State Park or up to Times Square and The Pier.
Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets. There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. There is a designated smoking area outside. There is an assigned parking spot 301. Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators.

Amazing apartments. After renovation, furnished with new comfortable furniture. The most important thing is the indescribable atmosphere of a beach holiday inside, a lot of pleasant little things that create a mood. The apartments have everything you need for a long-term rental, beautiful dishes, all kitchen utensils. There is also beach furniture, an umbrella and chairs. A very comfortable large square table, at which it is pleasant to gather with family and friends, and it is also convenient to work on a computer. The apartments are decorated with great taste and love.
