Gorgeous panoramic views from your 10th floor balcony overlooking the pool, the beach, birds feeding in the natural lagoon, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico - you can sit for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf. Every night you can watch our world-famous sunsets from the balcony and make it one of the most cherished memory of your vacation.
This beautifully remodeled, beachfront one-bedroom, one-bath vacation condo is bright and airy with a tropical flair. The Bedroom has a King-sized bed and a partition wall to separate it from the Living Area. The Living Room features a large screen TV and comfortable seating. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two. There's a lovely, full equipped Kitchen with new appliances, including a dishwasher. The Dining Area has a glass topped table for 4. The Full Bath has been newly remodeled with a large Walk In Shower. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in the building, dual elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. Free WiFi is also available by the pool.
Step out the back door to beach or go across the street to restaurants, bars, shops and a marina at Santini Marina Plaza. Take the island trolley to the north end of the island to Times Square and The Pier or south to Lovers Key State Park.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

Maintenance and Housekeeping of the unit is rated Excellent. Would have loved to have an umbrella for the beach.
