Spectacular Penthouse Views! Luxurious, professionally decorated accommodations! Sitting on one of the country's best beaches! There is so much to fall in love with at this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath penthouse at Carlos Pointe on the quiet, beautiful southern tip of Fort Myers Beach. This ideal spot brings all the magic of the perfect Florida vacation - swaying palm trees, miles of gorgeous white sandy beach, beautiful gulf waters, dolphin watching, shell collecting, fishing, all kinds of water sports, and of course, our world famous, spectacular sunsets. Owners provide a beach cart, beach chairs & beach towels.

The best feature of the condo has to be the huge screened-in balcony. Enjoy your breakfast out on the lanai table and watch the early morning boats go out to fish and the dolphins that follow them out. All day you'll appreciate the gulf breezes as you relax, listen to the surf, read a book and watch the seabirds soaring by, while at night, you can enjoy your cocktails as you watch the sun go down.

Of course the living area is a wonderful spot for relaxing as well. Elegantly decorated just the way you would expect to find the perfect beach house - lots of big comfortable chairs and sofas for reading that special book you've been wanting to or for catching the game on TV - even a special "game area" with a table for playing cards or board games.

This is also the ideal place to entertain - there's a large dining room table with a bar sink nearby; a newly remodeled, well-equipped kitchen where you'll find new appliances, cookware, prep tools and all the tableware you could need; a separate breakfast nook with table and chairs for additional seating; and the lanai has two dining tables with chairs.

Just as marvelous is the sleeping accommodations. The large master bedroom is an en suite (master bath and separate dressing area) and includes a king-sized bed, a comfy reading chair, a large TV and a desk. Best of all, it has its own sliding glass door entry to the lanai. There are two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed and TV and the other with two twins - and they share a large guest bath with a hair dryer provide, no need to pack one. There is also an additional 1/2 bath for your guests. There is a high chair stored in the master closet if needed and a pack ï¿½n' play folding crib provided. There is a high quality new inflatable twin mattress and bedding for an extra person, stored in the hall linen closet. Additional sleeping space is the queen Aerobed. Comfort for all your family or guests.

On site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. Close by on the island are restaurants, shopping, night spots, movie theater, parks on both the beach and bay side, marinas, and of course, Times Square and The Pier, favorite tourist destinations. You can venture down to the rest of the island by beach trolley!

Beautiful Condo and location

"The condo was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, even a huge wagon to haul it in. The kitchen was well equipped and tons of bath towels. "PH 2 never disappoints! From the huge screened balcony to the extremely well stocked kitchen, it has everything visitors need. The south end of the island is quiet & less traffic, you are close to Santini Plaza, & it’s very easy to get off island into Bonita Springs & beyond. We rented it again for 2023!! "We stayed at PH2 from April 17-24, 2021. The penthouse is roomy and has everything that one needs for the perfect beach vacation. The penthouse was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The owners have given thought to what is needed to make everyone comfortable and they have made sure all items are there. The beach area is beautiful and people were very friendly. "We stayed in PH2 in 2020, 2021, & we have booked it again for 2022! The condo was sparkling clean on our arrival. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything we need.- pots & pans, casserole dishes, even storage containers! Comfortable beds, too! "We had 3 couples who stayed at this condo (age early to mid 50's). Although the office said there would not be beach towels and hair dryers in the condo, there were. There was also a beach cart with 4 beach chairs on the deck for us to use at the beach. Be sure to pay attention to the pool rules like no music (unless using ear buds) because some of the "regulars" don't like it, even if the music is low in volume! We rented a pontoon boat from Bonita Springs Boat Rental and rode for 4 hours in and out of the canals. We wish we took the boat for the entire day because it was a beautiful ride. The trolley ride to Fort Myers Beach town can be a long one, mostly waiting for the trolley to show up so leave a lot of time if you are taking the trolley. "PH2 has a great view from the very large balcony. Plenty of space for 8 people. We found everything to be clean and well kept. We have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for 31 years. Sometimes 2 or 3 times per year. We have stayed in multiple condos on the beach. This is the 1st time at Carlos Pointe. The only thing we found different here Is, it seems like the Condo owners are not as welcoming and friendly as other places. It may be that, they feel like they have distance themselves from the Times Square tourists. Another then that, We would stay here again. "This was our first stay at this particular condo. The kitchen had EVERYTHING. Laundry area had nice extras. The living room had comfortable seating for our nightly movie watching. Our friends stayed in the large master BR which was comfy. My husband and I stayed in the room with twin beds where the air conditioning was loud and blew right on me. Just little things that need adjusted. On the other hand, the other guest bedroom was a little too warm for my daughter and her husband. The a/c should probably be tweaked in some way. Everything else about the condo was great. We love the beach there, even though there is a walk to it- who can't use some exercise? It was a perfect week of weather and we had a fun vacation!
