Welcome to this beautiful direct beach front condo with a wide sandy beach overlooking Big Carlos Pass. This tastefully decorated two bedroom, two full bath has tile and carpet, a private washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. High speed internet access.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, TV, private bathroom, beach views and lanai access. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a private bathroom.

The open living room floor plan has cable TV and a screened lanai offering beach views. This is a first floor inside corner unit. Carlos Pointe is located at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach and only a mile from shopping, dining and marina. Gulf side swimming pool, patio lounge areas, clubhouse with library, social room with table tennis and kitchen facilities, BBQ grills, covered lounge areas, secured lobby entry, elevators and trash chutes. Maximum Occupancy: 6 There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The condo's amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just next door, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. great stay

"We loved the location of the condo at the end of the island and learned to find dining in Bonita Springs instead of Times Square. We thought the walk to the water's edge was easy since the sand was easy to walk on and only took maybe 2 minutes. I especially loved walking the trails in Lover's Key park. We loved the large deck area around the pool.The rental agency was very quick to respond to any issues. I do agree, I wish there were better window treatments in both bedrooms to block the light. Great relaxing vacation

"To start with we had a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to start our stay. Linens, towels were in good condition. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing this place needed was better window coverings In the bed room. There is no sleeping in with the sunrise coming in. So if they could install black out curtains or blinds that close this is all that’s needed. We would definitely return to this unit. Beach was long but the pool area is great too. hope to come back soon Diana M. from Toronto, Canada

"Arrived April 24th. started with a few bumps. When we arrived the linens on the bed (master bedroom ) were dirty and stained. Had to go out and buy new ones. Beach chairs were on Lania but were ripped to where you could not even sit on them. Bought new ones. We were reimbursed for both chairs and linens. Beach is very long and and next to the San Carlos inlet( So water is not 100% Gulf but where the back bay and Gulf meet. Please be advised the beach is roped off due to being nesting for native birds a very large portion. Then the third nite we were there the entry way door would not open ( lock was open but door was jammed and would not open) I texted the number for after hours and Barbara replied and had her husband come right away and let us in. Barbara was great and a huge help along with her Husband. Door was promptly fixed first thing next morning. Ok so a few bumps but the facilities were clean and well kept. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day on the beach ( Great weather all week) Patio was large and plenty of chairs and well maintained. All the people we met while there were friendly and courteous.. Estero Blvd is still under major construction so traveling north up Estero was always a long traffic jam. The blue beach chairs in the pictures although noted as not included in rental price are not on beach at all. Would gladly rented these for the week Ay end of our trip our flight was delayed by 24 hours and now we needed to find a place to stay and extra nite which turned into two nights Leeanna who manages the office was very accommodating and made it happen for the extra two nights. Thank You Leeanna . If you are looking for total relaxtion away from Fort Myers Beach on south end of island this place is for you. All in all after a very bumpy start it turned into a very nice trip. Extra thanks to Barbara and her husband for trying to make us happy the first few days you are a great asset to Kathy Nesbit and Leeanna thank you so much for assisting and accommodation the extra nights we stayed. While Carlos Pointe is the perfect spot for a lot of our guests - located on the quiet, southern tip of the island next door to Lover's Key State Park; lots of boat traffic to watch as they run out Big Carlos Pass to the Gulf; excellent fishing; huge secluded beach which fosters rare shore birds and sea turtles to make it their home - we understand that you would have been happier at one of our other vacation condos located mid island. We hope you will give us an opportunity to host you next time where we can help you find the perfect place for you. The private concessionaire for the cabana chairs are usually only there during peak season. And we all cannot wait until the island's project of infrastructure maintenance on replacing the main water pipes for the entire island is over! Great Vacation

"This is our 5th time staying at Carlos Point and our 1st time booking through Kathy Nesbit Vacations. The booking process and communications with their office was fantastic. We love this location as it's on the southern end of the island and quiet. We walked every day to Santini Marina Plaza. The pool area is nice and the pool bathrooms were always clean. The condo itself was great for two adults and two teens. It's always nice to do laundry and have a kitchen area. We also spent time on the screened in patio. My only recommendation is the condo needs some decorating updates such as new blinds, curtains, and linens. I would highly recommend staying at Carlos Point in the future.
