Estero Beach & Tennis Club Condos are located at the quiet south end of the island, walking distance to shopping, dining, marina and more! Or get picked up by our Beach Trolley to Lover's Key State Park or north to The Pier and several spots for night time entertainment.
You will enjoy super Gulf and Bay views from this 11th floor unit with tile and carpet, smooth top range, corian counters, TV, DVD, king sized bed in the bedroom area and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Built in sliding wall across the bedroom for privacy, if necessary. Fully furnished and equipped with full sized kitchen and bathroom. On site amenities include swimming pool, tennis courts, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, laundry facility, elevators, secured lobby entrance, ample parking. There is WIFI internet access in this unit. Free WiFi is available around the pool as well. Walking distance to shopping, dining, marina, golfing and more! SMaximum Occupancy: 4. Pool is open dawn to dusk.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

Dear Leanna/Dear Terry,
If all going well tomorrow we will be flying to Argentina after passing a very good time in Estero.
Carolina and me want to thank all of the team of Kathy Nesbit Vacations for the support giving for our stay. The apartment 1108A at Estero Beach Tennis Club was wonderful and exceed our expectations. Really very nice for a couple and very completed with an spectacular view of the beach and yacht.

Perfect setting for our mother/daughters week! Well stocked kitchen, pretty decor, beach chairs, and a comfortable sofa bed! We hope to return soon!!
