MONTHLY MINIMUM RENTAL (from the 1st to the 1st in peak season Dec. - April).
Breathtaking views of the sparkling Gulf waters and white sand beaches greet you as you enter this beautiful, spacious condominium with over 1,400 sq. feet of living and lanai space. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located directly on the beach. Abundant natural light gives all the rooms a classic, relaxed Florida feel. There's a fully equipped kitchen and comfy seating in the living area. The HUGE Screened In Lanai has a lovely Gulf view and a view of the Creciente courtyard and pool. The master bedroom features a king bed while the guest bedroom features 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms feature private lanai access. All of the rooms in this unit are spacious and beautifully decorated . For your convenience, there is free WiFi in the unit and an in-unit Washer/Dryer. The maximum occupancy is 4.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

For your convenience, there is an in-condo laundry room with brand new full sized washer and dryer, free wireless internet, cable TV service, building elevators, and secured lobby.

The impressive Creciente complex, a ribbon of three buildings which sit on several acres of the most sought after beachfront property on Florida's Gulf Coast, features tennis/pickleball court, a heated swimming pool, sauna, BBQ grills, billiards room, social room and a fitness center on its manicured grounds. These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Creciente's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer. Bayside Park celebrates every week with free concerts.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and at the Creciente complex as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian.
