Located on the beautiful and quiet southern end of the island, Sand Caper sits on the beach side of Estero Boulevard and boasts a large pool which invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. There is a sandy walking path through the preserve straight to the beach. Every opportunity to enjoy warm, sun-filled days walking the miles of white sand beach and relaxing by the water, Sand Caper 705 is a beautiful 7th floor 2B/2B condo with a large screened in lanai that enjoys a spectacular view of the Gulf. The large master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and its own lanai entrance. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own bath. Living room has a large flat screen TV and the kitchen has recently been remodeled. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit, free Wifi and local land-line telephone, and an elevator. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a marina, where you can launch your next fishing trip!
Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you to Lover's Key or up to Times Square. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo and Kathy Nesbit vacations was great to work with. Completely remodeled, the condo was also extremely well stocked. It had everything you needed— appliances, cookware, beach chairs etc.
Loved staying here and can’t wait to come back.

The owner has put a lot of effort in this unit. Beautifully appointed. Comfortable furniture including the beds make for a great stay. Kitchen has nearly everything you will need. I do suggest they add some barbecue tools as they were not found. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Wifi worked better than any unit we have rented in the several condos we’ve rented over the last few years. If you get rained out from the beach there are plenty of books in the unit plus a good selection of TV channels.
And the view is great. This unit sits high enough to enjoy the “double” beach. I recommend bringing binoculars if you enjoy bird watching! Already have our reservations in for next year!
Location is incredible. Next to Pinchers and across the street is CVS and the Santini Plaza with everything you need within an easy walk: restaurants, swim and clothing shops, souvenirs, etc.

This is the third time we have stayed in this unit. To our surprise it had been completely renovated from top to bottom. We thought it was great before. It is just beautiful. We love the location of Sand Caper ….close to everything and the little Trolley passes by to take you even further afield. The view is amazing. Check in was a breeze everyone is so organized at Kathy Nesbit. The condo was spotless and it has everything you could possible want. We will certainly rent this unit again.
