TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL (Saturday to Saturday in peak season Dec - April).
This spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit will accommodate 6 people in luxury and style. Fully equipped, renovated kitchen with new appliances and breakfast bar; newly furnished, large living area with comfortable seating and flat screen TV (there's a sleeper sofa for extra guests); professionally decorated dining area; light and bright unit with tile throughout and gorgeous views of the beach from every window! Best of all is the large screened in lanai with a panoramic view of the beach and the Gulf waters. Think of gulf breezes, sound of the surf lapping on the beach, shore birds, dolphins swimming, world-famous sunsets - all without leaving your lanai. The master bedroom en suite has been outfitted with a king sized bed and enjoys its own private lanai access. The adjoining master bath has been completely remodeled with a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bath has also been remodeled with its own walk in shower. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the condo, free in unit WiFi, building elevator, secured lobby and ample on site parking.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT IS FOR SALE. GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ALLOW SHOWINGS WITH A 24-HOUR NOTICE.

Sunset offers you wonderful amenities: jump in the resort-sized Sunset pool, or lounge on the sundeck. Grill up dinner on the BBQ Grill Station and picnic under the Tiki Hut. You can stay put and enjoy the beach - straight to the shoreline to enjoy everything that life on the Gulf will bring to your door - bird watching, dolphin watching, shell collecting, fishing, soaking up the sun or just walking the beach. And don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Sunset Beachfront Resort Condominiums are located at the quiet, south end of the island - the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!. The beautiful Gulf front complex has just undergone complete renovations and is ready to welcome guests to enjoy one of the country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of pristine, sugar white sand and blue Gulf waters - in their backyard! For adventurous souls, the island offers a variety of water sports and activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and parasailing. And when the day is done, treat yourself to a delectable seafood dinner at one of the nearby waterfront restaurants, serving up the freshest catch. If you're seeking a change of pace, explore the vibrant local scene, where you'll find charming shops, lively entertainment, and a warm and welcoming community.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. However, our island's beach renourishment is finished and we are ready to welcome visitors back to enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
