Welcome to this beautifully decorated, newly remodeled two-bedroom/two-bathroom air-conditioned corner unit at the fabulous Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Take the elevator up, open the front door, drop your bags and walk out to your magnificent lanai view of 7 miles of white sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Begin every morning dolphin watching with your cup of coffee and begin every evening with a glass of wine and our world famous sunsets - all without leaving your lanai.
You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.
The living area has a TV/DVD to watch your favorite programs or just relax. The master bedroom has a king bed to lull you to a restful sleep - or you can watch TV until you get drowsy. There are 2 twins in the guest bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper
For your convenience, this condo is equipped with a washer and dryer, free WiFi and is tiled throughout.
If you're in the mood for a refreshing dip, the Carlos Pointe heated pool is located beach side and includes a large sun deck area with plenty of lounge chairs to relax and bask in the Florida sunshine! You also have access to the social rooms for a game of cards, reading or ping pong. Enjoy lunch by the pool at the picnic areas.
Carlos Pointe is perfectly situated at the quiet, southern tip of the island, with a huge expanse of private beach area bordering the beautiful blue Gulf waters and Big Carlos Pass, well known for great fishing. You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach - or north to Times Square to enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities that the island has to offer.
Closer at hand is Santini Plaza, offering shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Awesome property! Very clean and well-equipped. Only used the Trolee one time to go to Times Square but it was so convenient! Nice pool and sunning area. A great spot to spend 10 fabulous days! A great rental company! Only thing to add to unit would be a cart to take chairs, etc to the beach!

Unit 211 has a beach view from almost every window! It is swelcoming and comfortable after song day at the expansive beach or after enjoying nearby shopping and dining. Upon arrival we discovered a leak, but Barbara in after-hours emergency service was empathetic, helpful, and resourceful. Plumbers and cleaners were called in we were back in the unit the next day! We even had our refund for the one night away before we finished our vacation. This company knows how to do customer service! Look forward to booking with Nesbitt in the future!

the staff at KNV are always helpful and friendly to work with.. We’ve rented this unit for several years and hope toe able to do so in the future , we particularly like the location of Carlos Pointe on the south end of the beach away from traffic near “Times Square ” on the west end of the beach_ and maybe someday the road work will be completed … we always recommend KNV to folks when they inquire about rentals on Ft Myers Beach

The property itself was very nice. Very clean, well stocked, and great view. My only issue was the beach wasn’t great for swimming with a lot of areas blocked off for birds and they got a little loud at night. Toward the end of the week it got better so it could have just been the timing of our stay. There were several public beaches nearby that were much better.

Our vacation started out in a negative way with a diff rental but Leeanna and her associates came to our rescue turned our trip into a fairytale! The unit had everything we could ask for! Great location, quiet, immaculate and extremely inviting! We will be coming back for sure! The bed was very comfortable no problems whatsoever! Ty Kathy Nesbitt Rentals!
