For your convenience there is ample on-site parking, building elevators, secured lobby areas and security guard on duty most evenings. WiFi around pool and lobby areas. (No WiFI in unit.) There is a coin operated laundry facility on the ground floor. Tennis Courts and Pool are open dawn to dusk. Walk to shopping, restaurants, and marina. Take the trolley to The Pier, Times Square, Beach Theater, Lovers Key State Park.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

AWESOME VIEWS!! Very nice unit: clean, had everything we needed and well maintained. We do wish there was a bistro table and chairs on the balcony so we could eat on the balcony and so the railing wasn’t obstructing our view as we sat on the balcony.
