Lovely views of the gulf help make this 1 bedroom, nicely decorated, efficiency condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 503C is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer!
You can enjoy dinners prepared in your upgraded fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.
The living area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and a sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and there is an updated bathroom. Free Wifi is included in the unit for your convenience. There is a laundry facility on the ground floor.
If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days. If you want something a little more active there are many tennis courts to accommodate our guests. How about a long stroll on 7 miles of pristine white sand and blue waters of the Gulf on of one of our country's top beaches just steps away from the pool. Every night there's a show - our world famous sunsets! Pool hours are dawn till dusk.
You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach - or north to Times Square to enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities that the island has to offer.
Closer at hand (almost directly across Estero Blvd.) is Santini Plaza, offering shops, restaurants, and a marina for boat rentals.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

The view is great, the bed was comfy and the people staying in other condos are really nice. The condo is older so a couple of things need fixing, but it didn’t impact our stay. The location was perfect with the plaza across the street and the trolley stop right out front.
