This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

307A was upgraded this year and it was made our vacation a more pleasant experience. We would recommend the room and Kathy Nesbit Vacations. Loved the Gulf view from the balcony. Very conveniently located. We had an issue with the screen door when we arrived. Kathy Nesbit was very quick to resolve the issue. The linen service was very easy to use. Loved working with Kathy Nesbit.
