This lovely, clean and bright two bedroom/two bath condo is a spacious unit that lets the light of the brilliant Florida sunshine in to every room. Thanks to Eden House's fabulous beachfront location, there is a gorgeous view of the Gulf from nearly every room. The best place to watch the sunset is from the comfort of the screened-in lanai. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and granite countertops. Both bathrooms have also been updated. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and twins in the guest bedroom. Large living area has a sleeper sofa. Free Wifi. Weekly minimum stay. From December thru April, your stay must start on Saturday.
Beautifully landscaped with palm trees swaying in the breeze, Eden House is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you up and down the island to Lover's Key State Park or up to Times Square and The Pier. There are plenty of island restaurants, shopping, entertainment, even a movie theater! Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Eden House 205 was a remarkable place to stay in Fort Myers Beach! The view was runbielievable and and I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Fort Myers Beach. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the northern part of the island and we enjoyed the short walks to grab coffee and have dinner. Everything we needed was close by! The condo also included everything we needed! We had beach chairs, hair dryer, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys…EVERYTHING! If you want a vacation of a lifetime…book Eden House 205!

We LOVE Eden house. We come twice/year with our children over Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks and this place never disappoints. Condo is perfect for the four of us. This unit even comes with a pull out couch if needed. We often will have the pool to ourselves. It’s a lovely short walk to the beach. The owners in this building are very friendly and welcoming. Unit is equipped with almost everything you would need. Way to go Kathy Nesbit Vacations! Thank you!
