Views of the Gulf help make this 1 bedroom efficiency condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 105B is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer! ONE PET ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AND $250 ADDITIONAL PET FEE. (This fee may be added after booking.)
You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.
The living area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and the master bedroom has a king bed to lull you to a restful sleep. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.
If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk.
You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach - or north to Times Square to enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities that the island has to offer.
Closer at hand (almost directly across Estero Blvd.) is Santini Plaza, offering shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no WiFi in this unit. Internet access from the building is available in the outside lobby area and by the pool. There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor of the building and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.
There is a STRICT no smoking policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Booking, checking in, cleanliness, and location were perfect. Somewhat dated uncomfortable furniture, pillows very old, and reading lamp by sofa not working.

The unit would be perfect (5 stars) if it had its own wi-fi. Thankfully, the rental office was able to help us out. We had a wonderful, much needed vacation and would love to rent this unit in the future. Thank you!!

This condo is located on the “better” side of the island. The other side of the island features all the spring breakers and party crowd. We were happy with the quietness and relaxing vibe at Estero. Only complaint is that there were some old stains on the comforter, shams and mattress protector. Looks like old coffee. However we enjoyed our view and stay for the price.
