Incredible views of the Gulf help make this 1 bedroom efficiency condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 1106A is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer!
You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your pristine upgraded fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining. There is a coin operated laundry facility on the ground floor. There is free wifi in the unit as well as the lobby and pool areas.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.
The living area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed to lull you to a restful sleep. There is a divider wall between the master bedroom and the living area for privacy.
If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk.
You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach - or north to Times Square to enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities that the island has to offer.
Closer at hand (almost directly across Estero Blvd.) is Santini Plaza, offering shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous, private, peaceful and we spent a lot of time out there. The condo was well equipped, clean, updated, and we loved the walk in shower. The beach is a short walk – a few minutes. There are several restaurants within walking distance and we took advantage of them being close. Our experience with Kathy Nesbit Vacations was smooth from beginning to end. They are great to work with and we look forward to working with them again next year.

The condo was clean, bright and well equipped. The Gulf view from inside the apartment was amazing but even better from the balcony. We were three in the condo and had enough room to stretch out. Access to the beach was just a few steps away. We had a great time and would recommend the condo. (Estero Beach & Tennis Club 1106A)
