Sitting across the street from 7 miles of pristine white sugar sand beaches, these Estero Cove vacation condos are the perfect option to save some money if you are willing to walk across the street to beach! Newly remodeled, Estero Cove 241, is a lovely air conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bath vacation condo that's been beautifully outfitted with a designer's coastal vibe. The tropical decor is enhanced with luxury vinyl flooring and ceiling fans throughout. The open floor plan for the living area opens up to the screened in lanai so the entire space has a view of the island's Preserve. Herons, ibis, roseate spoonbills and other rare Florida waterbirds make their home here in the Preserve.

The Living Room features amazingly comfortable seating and a large screen TV for family viewing. The sliding glass doors allows this nicely decorated vacation condo to open to a screened in lanai for relaxing in the fresh sea air. The charming, fully equipped Kitchen has all new appliances, including a dishwasher, designer backsplash and quartz countertops. Of course, you have all the necessary cookware and tableware to enjoy preparing a meal. There's a beautiful Dining Bar that seats 4. There's also a table and chairs outside on the lanai if you want to dine al fresco.

The Primary Bedroom En Suite has a Queen-sized bed, a Walk In Closet, a huge flat screen TV and a private lanai access. The Primary Bath features a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Full-sized Bed, and its own remodeled Guest Bath with a Walk In Shower right next door.

There's free cable TV service free Wifi, and a brand new, in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

At Estero Cove, there is ample on-site parking and a building elevator. Estero Cove offers guests some lovely amenities: a large picnic area to dine alfresco, tennis/pickleball court; shuffleboard, a private heated pool, and large sundeck with lounge chairs. Grab your towel and soak up some wonderful Florida sunshine. Best of all, you are right across the street from one of the country's top rated beaches! It's also a short walk to Santini Marina Plaza where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and a pharmacy.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, offers you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds.
