The Gardens at Beachwalk is a beautifully maintained, resort-style gated community centered around a lake with tropical gardens and fantastic amenities - a resort sized, salt water heated pool, a spa, a huge sundeck with comfortable lounge chairs, a trellised covered BBQ picnic area, a beautiful Mediterranean-style Clubhouse and plaza with a community room, game room with pool table and a full sized, fully equipped state of the art Fitness Room. Conveniently located just minutes to the gorgeous beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, minutes to many golf courses, minutes to marinas to charter deep sea fishing boats or rent jet skis, minutes to Lovers Key State Park, kayaking, dolphin tours...the list is endless for "fun in the sun" activities. Restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery shopping all practically next door. Baseball Twins and Red Sox stadiums are close by. You choose what will make the perfect vacation for YOU - fun activities or just relax and soak up the sun!

Your vacation headquarters will be the Gardens At Beachwalk 102...a charming air-conditioned, 3 Bedroom/2 Bath ground floor (NO STAIRS!) vacation condo where you can relax after a full day at the beach or golf course.

The open-floor living space means that you have a beautiful view of the Lake and Palm trees from every room. The dining area has a glass topped table for 4 with the newly remodeled, fully equipped Kitchen adjacent. Fully stocked with both large and small appliances (including that oh-so-important dishwasher), dishware, cookware, tableware and lots of granite counterspace offer makes the Kitchen an easy place to prepare meals. Comfortable furnishing and a HUGE TV fill the living area. Glass sliding doors let in the sunshine with a lovely view of the Lake and offers easy access to the walk out terrace. The terrace is outfitted with a lounge chairs and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

On opposite sides of the condo sit the three Bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom is spacious with its own TV and wonderful view of the Lake and tropical landscaping. Primary Bedroom features a King sized Bed outfitted with fresh linens and an En Suite Primary Bath with a Tub/Shower combo. Guest Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized Bed and a large Walk In Closet. Guest Bedroom 2 also has a Queen sized Bed. The Guest Bath is right next door to both Guest Bedrooms and has a Tub/Shower Combo. Towels and linens are provided, including pool/beach towels. For your convenience, there is an in-unit Washer and Dryer and free Wifi so you can work remotely or check on your dinner reservations.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
