MONTHLY MINIMUM RENTAL JAN - APRIL (Starting from the 1st of the Month Dec - March) TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL MAY - DEC.
This lovely Gulf Front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the desirable prime South Fort Myers Beach location right on the sand! The balcony offers wonderful views of the swaying palm trees, the Resort Pool, and Gulf of Mexico, a perfect place to relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or that evening glass of wine. There is comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV in the living room. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar to sit and plan your day at the beach! There's also a full dining table for four. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with its own TV, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. WIFI is provided in the condo. For your convenience, there is a laundry facility in the building and two elevators.

Just a few steps up to the 1st floor of Leonardo Arms on Fort Myers Beach, and this oceanfront condo is ready for you and your family to enjoy our wonderful Florida sunshine. Leonardo Arms features a private heated pool that overlooks the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico (not the parking lot); BBQ area for grilling; and 7 miles of gorgeous white sandy beach where you can do some shell collecting, bird watching, dolphin watching, fishing, or just embrace the laid back Florida lifestyle and soak up the sun on your morning walk. Other amenities include ample on-site parking and on-site laundry facilities. Leonardo Arms is conveniently situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a drug store and the Fish Tale Marina with boat rentals. The island trolley will stop and pick you up and take you to Lover's Key State Park or the other end of the island.

Please note: there is no smoking or pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 4.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand, and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world-famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and Leonardo Arms as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds. However, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
