Welcome to Bay Village 151, a serene two-bedroom, two-bath condo offering the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Available as a two-week minimum rental, this inviting retreat is ideal for guests seeking a longer stay in the heart of Fort Myers Beach.

Located in the peaceful Bay Village community, this unit features a bright and relaxing living room—an ideal space to unwind after a day in the sun.

When you open the front door to this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath corner vacation condo, you are welcomed to a spacious, sunlit, air conditioned living space with two walls of glass offering lovely views. Greeting you first is the fully equipped Kitchen with new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. There's also a breakfast bar for two. The dining area seats four and features a bay of windows to offer you a view of the tropical landscape. With comfort and flexibility in mind, the inviting living room features a sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to accommodate up to six guests.

Step out onto the screened-in balcony, where sliding glass doors open to reveal a picturesque waterfront view of the canal framed by lush mangroves—a truly tropical backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The primary bedroom welcomes you to a good night's sleep on a King-sized bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also includes its own TV for late night viewing, a beautiful view waterfront view and a private lanai access.

The guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed and has its own en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. For added convenience, the unit includes a private washer and dryer.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. There is free wifi, cable tv service, building elevators and ample on-site parking, including a covered designated spot, for your convenience.

Bay Village is a beautifully maintained community with a large resort-style pool, fishing dock, BBQ grills, and picnic tables — everything you need to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Best of all, seven miles of sugar white sand and turquoise blue Gulf waters are just a short walk away! Tennis Court (which has been lined off for Pickleball play) is being repaired with new fencing and is not open yet.

Whether you're here for a winter escape or a summer getaway, Bay Village 151 delivers comfort, scenery, and amenities that make every stay memorable.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops, restaurants and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
