Your vacation condo boasts a bright, airy living space with features that create the perfect coastal retreat. Comfort and style...you will feel like you are living in a tropical paradise. There's a full kitchen completely and beautifully remodeled with brand new appliances and gorgeous countertops, a breakfast bar that seats three, a dining table that seats four, and a comfortable Living Room with a HUGE flat screen TV. The balcony offers a place to take in the sea breezes and a front row seat to our world famous sunsets. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY SMART TV OPTIONS - THERE IS NO CABLE OR DIRECT TV.

What a wonderful way to end your day in your Primary Bedroom with a comfy king sized Bed. The Primary Bedroom, with a beautiful beach view, has its own TV for late night viewing and En Suite Primary Bath. The gorgeous newly remodeled Primary En Suite Bath features a tub/shower combo. Guest Bedroom is also an En Suite and also has a king sized Bed. Guest Bath has a walk in shower.

There is free Wifi in your condo. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. There are a few steps up to your front door.

Leonardo Arms 125 is located at the desirable South end of the Island, right on the beach and close to shops, a marina and restaurants. For your convenience, the building offers a Laundry Room, on-site picnic tables and gas grills, building elevator and ample on-site parking. Fort Myers Beach offers many good restaurants, boat and waverunner rentals, charter fishing trips, sight seeing trips, parasailing, and the Key West Express!

These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
