MONTHLY MINIMUM RENTAL (from the 1st to the 1st in peak season Dec. - April).
Abundant natural light gives all the rooms a classic, relaxed Florida feel in this lovely Creciente vacation condo. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located directly on the beach. The HUGE Screened In Lanai has a wonderful view of the Creciente courtyard with its swaying palm trees, the sparkling pool and sundeck and the blue Gulf waters.

This open-concept living space is bright, inviting, and designed for effortless relaxation. With comfort and flexibility in mind, the inviting living room features a large screen TV. Sliders open up to the Screened in Lanai to let in the Gulf breezes and offer you a front-row view of the pool and Gulf! The perfect place to start the day with coffee, unwind after the beach, or simply lose track of time while reading your favorite book. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a Dining Table for 6 and comfy seating in the living area.

The Primary Bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed with fresh linens and a private lanai access to create the perfect retreat. There's a TV for late night viewing and an En Suite Primary Bath with a Walk In Shower. There's a large Walk In Closet too.

At the opposite side of the condo, there is the Guest Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and its own private lanai access. Right next door is a Guest Bath with a Walk In Shower.

The maximum occupancy is 4. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

For your convenience, there is an in-condo laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, free wireless internet, TV service, building elevators, secured lobby and on-site covered parking.

The impressive Creciente complex, a ribbon of three buildings which sit on several acres of the most sought after beachfront property on Florida's Gulf Coast, features tennis/pickleball court, a heated swimming pool, sauna, BBQ grills, billiards room, social room and a fitness center on its manicured grounds. These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Creciente's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer. Bayside Park celebrates every week with free concerts.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and at the Creciente complex but all the beautiful amenities are open to guests. Beach days, waterfront dining, live music, spectacular sunsets - there's never been a better time to experience the new energy of Fort Myers Beach.
