Also greeting you upon arrival is the very elegant and beautiful lobby which leads you to a bank of elevators to take you to the 3rd floor. The elevator takes you right to your front door of this newly remodeled, spectacular, luxury condominium. This extraordinary residence begins at the formal dining area - perfect to entertain family and friends - and continues with spacious, light-filled living spaces where thoughtful design promises to enhance your vacation experience.

The elegant, air chilled living environment is not short on comfort. Elevated coastal decor includes comfortable seating for all with a wonderful view! Open concept floor plan is designed to maximize expansive views while still maintaining a relaxed, sophisticated coastal ambiance. The living room offers a large screen TV and seating for all to enjoy. (There's a sleeper sofa for overnight guests) A lovely half bath off the living area serves your guests. The guest bedroom 1 featuring 2 twin beds, a TV and a private separate balcony. This large private covered balcony, accessed by both guest bedrooms, overlooks picturesque Estero Bay where boats create an ever-changing waterfront panorama. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and TV to welcome your guests after a full day on the island, and of course, shares that private balcony with its own access through sliding glass doors. Luxurious linens, stylish furnishings, TVs for late night viewing and private balcony - like all the other rooms in this spectacular vacation home, the guest bedrooms are thoughtfully designed spaces for you and your guests.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. You are also minutes away from Sanibel Island and Captiva. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
