Welcome to Creciente 304S, a spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located directly on the beach at the desirable south end of Fort Myers Beach. Just across the street from Santini Plaza’s shops and dining, this monthly rental offers the perfect blend of convenience, relaxation, and coastal charm.

Inside, guests will find a well planned out, air-chilled living space ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Incredibly comfortable furniture with a coastal vibe makes Creciente 304S the perfect vacation spot. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two overnight guests and there's a large screen TV for all to enjoy. The fully equipped Kitchen with its granite countertops and all new appliances includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area comfortably seats six—perfect for family dinners or entertaining friends.

The Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, its own TV, and direct access to the screened-in balcony through sliding glass doors to enjoy the ocean breeze. The Full Bathroom next door includes a walk-in shower and a spacious layout for added comfort.

Step outside to the large screened-in balcony, where a table invites you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with a partial view of the Gulf. Whether you're here to relax, work remotely, or explore the island, Creciente 304S delivers a seamless blend of beachside serenity and everyday practicality.

For your convenience, there is an in-unit Laundry Room with a full sized Washer and Dryer. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. There are building elevators, secured lobby and ample on-site parking.

The Beachfront Creciente complex features a New Heated Resort-Sized Pool with loads of lounge chairs on the sundeck and picnic tables to dine by the pool. The Creciente Courtyard has been dressed with brand new landscaping with a private path leading directly to the surf. There is still construction occurring at the Creciente complex, but they are ready to welcome visitors back and are certain you will enjoy their beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Tennis courts, sauna, BBQ grills, billiards room, social room and a fitness room are available for your pleasure. The fabulous, brand new Resort-Sized Heated Pool is open and includes a sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs to relax and take in the Gulf breezes. There are picnic tables around the pool to enjoy.

The impressive Creciente complex, a ribbon of three buildings, sits on several acres of the most sought after beachfront property on Florida's Gulf Coast. You are just steps from 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! Creciente's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
