Bermuda Dunes is located directly on the Gulf on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Happiness Comes In Waves! Spectacular, Million $$$ Gulf views are yours from the Wrap-Around Balcony at the gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo at Bermuda Dunes. This fabulous condo is perfect for an extended vacation living the Island Life! Comfortable reclining furniture, large screen TV and coastal inspired decor with every detail attended to in making your stay extraordinary. The fully equipped Kitchen with custom cabinets, new appliances and granite countertops make dining in and entertaining a pleasure. Dining area has a table for 4 and a custom built buffet.

The Primary Bedroom has a King sized bed that welcomes you after a full day at the beach. Primary Bedroom has a beautiful Gulf view and its own TV for late night viewing. The brand new, elegant Primary Bath En Suite has custom cabinets and a luxurious tiled Walk In Shower with plenty of thirsty towels. Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and also has a Gulf view. Guest Bath next door has Tub/Shower combo. For your convenience, there's a full sized Washer and Dryer in the condo.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Bermuda Dunes has a secured lobby, building elevators and on-site parking. Brand new Tennis/Pickleball Courts have been installed at Bermuda Dunes. New Heated Pool and Sundeck is scheduled to be completed in 2027.

Best feature at Bermuda Dunes is the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, offers you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and at Bermuda Dunes. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
