Best of all, outside your back door is 7 miles of white sandy beach! Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing. Book now for that once in a lifetime dream vacation!

This lovely, renovated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, air conditioned, beachfront condo at Shamron Beach awaits you for the perfect Florida vacation for 4. Stylish laminate wood plank floors and plantation shutters, fabulous kitchen with granite countertops and all appliances, including a stackable in unit washer/dryer. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations with plenty of island style! This 5th floor unit also offers a spectacular view of the Gulf from your screened in lanai - watch the dolphins swim by, listen to the surf and take in the sea breezes. Comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV in the living room. The living room glass slider offers an amazing view from nearly every room in the condo. Dining table with seating for 6 offers the perfect spot for a lovely dinner after a long day on the island. Large Master Bedroom En Suite enjoys a King Sized Bed, its own TV, and private lanai access. There is a large Master Closet to hang all your clothes for that home away from home comfort. Master Bath has a huge Walk In Shower. The beautiful Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, its own TV, and a Guest Bath right next door with a tub/shower combo. Of course, there's free WiFi and Direct TV in the condo. For your convenience, there is a secured lobby, building elevator, and ample parking. There is a storage locker on the ground floor with a beach chairs for you to take to the beach.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

The residential south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. However, our island's beach renourishment is finished and we are ready to welcome visitors back to enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
