Creciente 514N – Beachfront Comfort

Welcome to Creciente 514N, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located directly on the beach at the desirable south end of Fort Myers Beach. Just across the street from Santini Plaza’s shops and dining, this monthly rental offers the perfect blend of convenience, relaxation, and coastal charm.

Inside, guests will find a cozy living room ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area comfortably seats six—perfect for family dinners or entertaining friends.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, its own TV, and direct access to the screened-in balcony through sliding glass doors. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a spacious layout for added comfort. The guest bedroom offers a pullout sofa, its own TV, and a dedicated desk space—ideal for remote work or additional sleeping arrangements. It also has balcony access, allowing guests to enjoy the ocean breeze from either bedroom. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures convenience for all.

Step outside to the large screened-in balcony, where a table for four invites morning coffee or evening cocktails with a partial view of the Gulf. Whether you're here to relax, work remotely, or explore the island, Creciente 514N delivers a seamless blend of beachside serenity and everyday practicality.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
