Ready for a wonderful FLORIDA FAMILY FUN VACATION on FORT MYERS BEACH!!! We are excited to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Carlos Pointe 431 is a bright and welcoming weekly rental located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, offering sweeping views of Big Carlos Pass, Lovers Key State Park, and unforgettable Gulf sunsets.

When you enter the condo, you’re greeted by a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for you and your guests. The open-concept layout flows into the dining area with seating for six and then into the comfortable living room, complete with cozy seating and a TV for enjoying your favorite shows and movies.

Just beyond the living area, the screened-in balcony invites you to relax with perfect Gulf views. It’s an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee, read a book in the breeze, or unwind while watching the sunset over the water.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and its own TV, along with an en-suite bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, making it great for families or friends. The guest bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower.

For added ease during your stay, the unit includes its own washer and dryer. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

Guests can also head downstairs to enjoy the resort-style beachfront pool, located just steps from the sand.

Situated at the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach, Carlos Pointe places you directly on the beach with peaceful surroundings, beautiful scenery, and quick access to Lovers Key and the tranquil shoreline.

Fort Myers Beach continues its impressive recovery, and the south end of the island is thriving once again. Santini Plaza is now open, offering shops and restaurants. Guests can head south to explore Bonita Springs and Naples, or travel north to visit Times Square and the lively new Margaritaville resort.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
