Welcome to Santa Maria Harbor Resort Condominium 105! This lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Vacation Condo is located on the first floor (one floor up from the ground floor) overlooking the canals of the Back Bay, the tropical landscaping and the building's atrium. Step inside - you will always be cool inside this air conditioned, spacious condo with plenty of room for you and your family. Settle in - everything you need is here - your vacation home away from home.
The spacious, open concept living area has been decorated with Florida flair - wood vinyl plank flooring flooring, ceiling fans and sliding glass doors that separate the Living Room from the Screened In Lanai and bring in loads of sunlight. The dining area has a large table for four and a huge window that overlooks the atrium. When you aren't using the table for meals, it makes a great place to sit and play board games or cards or even work remotely with ease. The living room has comfortable seating for the whole family to relax and enjoy watching the large screen TV - just the sort of place you would want to unwind in after a day of boating, fishing, shell collecting or exploring the island. (There is a sleeper sofa should you need to accommodate two more guests.) Right off the living area is the wonderful screened in lanai where you can sit and relax for hours. You can also dine alfresco out on the screened in lanai - it has its own ceiling fan so you can sit and chat with family and friends while taking in the cool evening breezes.
The fantastic, newly remodeled kitchen boasts all new appliances and is fully equipped with dishware and cookware to prepare all your meals. All has been custom designed with granite countertops. This modern kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Having a full kitchen at your disposal is one of the greatest advantages of staying in a condo rather than a hotel. No need to go out for every meal!
The large Master Bedroom En Suite has a King sized Bed, and its own TV for late night viewing. No living out of your suitcase as there is plenty of storage to house your belongings. The spacious Master Bath has plenty of space for two to get ready for a day at the beach with double vanities, a Walk In Shower and a separate Tub. Two Twin Beds sit in the Guest Bedroom to perfectly accommodate two adults or children. The Guest Bath is just next door and has a Tub/Shower Combo. Perfect set up for the whole family.
For your comfort, fresh linens and clean towels are stocked in anticipation of your arrival. There is free WiFi and a full sized Washer and Dryer in the condo to keep those swimsuits and towels fresh and dry and ensure that no one goes home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. For your convenience, there are building elevators, a secured lobby and ample on site parking.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Santa Maria Harbour Resort Condominiums are located directly across the street from 7 miles of sugar white sand beach and blue Gulf waters. The Santa Maria Resort has a beautiful heated community pool (the largest on the island), spa and huge sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs for guests, outdoor BBQ and patio dining area and boating docks that play host to manatees and dolphins. You also are next to Fish Tale Marina where you can charter a boat.... Plus you can walk to Santini Marina Plaza., which has numerous restaurants, shops, post office, walk-in medical clinic, nail & beauty shop, hardware,, liquor store, farmers market and more. Nearby is a 7-eleven, CVS and Pincher's Restaurant with live music. Downtown's Times Square and The Pier are down at the north end of the island, while Publix Supermarket is mid-island and you can either drive or take the community trolley, which makes a stop right by the resort. Lovers Key State Park is just over the southern bridge. Be sure to be on the beach every night to catch our world famous sunsets!
