Perfect location for your getaway island vacation for anyone who loves fishing! The southern end of Fort Myers Beach offers nature walks, shelling on the beach and good fishing on the Bay. A large pool invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. The small, but friendly community of Estero Yacht and Racquet Club sits on an extra wide canal that leads to the beautiful Estero Bay and is only minutes to the blue waters of the Gulf. The Club amenities include large extended dock areas for relaxing or dining while enjoying fabulous views of boat traffic from the marina, exotic birds and even dolphins and manatees swimming by.

This lovely 1 Bedroom/1 Bath condo is furnished with island style! There's a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances - including that oh-so-important dishwasher - and cookware, dishware, toaster, blender, and coffee maker to make fixing meals a breeze. Down the hall is the large Full Bath with a Shower/Tub combo and two entrances - one from the hall for guests and one from the Master Bedroom for you. At the end of the hall is the Master Bedroom featuring a King-sized Bed, its own TV, a walk in closet and its own separate vanity with sink.

Best of all, there's a wonderful Screened In Lanai with gorgeous water views. Relax for hours out on the Lanai and watch the boats go by on their way out to the Gulf. The condo is located on the first floor, so you can walk right out to the docks and boardwalk lining the canal from your Lanai's screened door. Inside, the open floor space for the Living/Dining Area benefits from the beautiful sunlight streaming in from the Lanai and the water can be seen from nearly every room. Living Room has comfy furniture (including a sleeper sofa to sleep two) and a nice flat screen TV. Dining table has seating for four.

Cozy little island 1B/1B condo for two snowbirds (and two guests on the sleeper sofa) ! There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

For your convenience, this condo offers free WiFi. There are full Laundry Facilities on-site for the complex so no need to go home with dirty laundry! The condo is located on the first floor, but there are some steps to the front door. It offers a better waterfront view with a walk out screen door that can take you to the boardwalk along the Bay and the picnic and BBQ area. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk from the tranquility of the beachfront preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
