The perfect Florida vacation headquarters for your family - this beautiful 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condominium at Marina Towers - an exclusive complex at the very southern tip of the island.

Hello Sunshine! The fabulous HUGE screened in Lanai is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our spectacular weather. Palm trees swaying in the breeze and a partial view of the Bay are yours to enjoy. Comfortable new outdoor furniture means you will linger for hours reading a book, taking a nap, having that first cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying a nice glass of wine in the evening after a full day at the beach.

The beautifully decorated condo has an open floor plan with Dining Room and Living Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Room in the center, while the Master Bedroom and Bath sit on the right and the Guest Bedroom and Bath sit on the left. The Living Room has a large comfy sectional sofa and chair - perfect for the entire family to watch their favorite shows on the HUGE Flat Screen TV. The Dining Room sits 6 comfortably. The wall of glass doors out to the lanai from the Living Room and Breakfast Room flood the entire Living Area with sunlight.

The fully equipped Kitchen features all new appliances and opens up to the gorgeous Breakfast Room and a glass topped table that seats 4.

The large Master Bedroom En Suite has a King sized, Four-poster Bed, its own HUGE flat screen TV for late night viewing, sink and vanity in the dressing area and private lanai access. The Master Bath has the second vanity and features a Walk In Shower. On the other side of the condo, there's the Guest Bedroom, which also has a King sized Bed and its own TV. The Guest Bath next door has a tub/shower combo.

For your convenience, there is a Laundry Room with a full sized, stacked washer/dryer in the unit, free WiFi and cable TV service. There is a building elevator, secured lobby and ample on site parking.

Located on Estero Bay at the very southern tip of the island, guests at Marina Towers enjoy having the big, beautiful Bay in their own backyard - Fishing, kayaking, boating, or just drinking in the lovely view as you sit by the pool or relax on the Clubhouse lanai. Boat docks and boat ramp are available on site.

Across the street sits 7 miles of white sand and Gulf waters - one of our country's top rated beaches. Enjoy a warm relaxing day at the beach, numerous water sports, take a relaxing walk on the beach, or go shelling. Dolphins frequent our beach which has warm water, sugar white sand that is soft and wonderful for building sand castles. Be sure to catch our world famous sunsets! You can jump on the beach trolley to go down to The Pier and Times Square or Lover's Key State Park. No need to leave the island - there's plenty of restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a movie theater, and a grocery store.

Many on site amenities including a bay-side swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa, shuffleboard courts, his/her saunas and locker rooms, large bay-side clubhouse, game room with pool table and ping pong table, library, fitness equipment and BBQ grills. You can fish off the Marina Towers pier - no fishing license needed. Assigned and ample guest parking on site. Non smoking. Sorry, no pets. Maximum occupancy 4.
