There is a sandy walking path through the preserve straight to the beach. Every opportunity to enjoy warm, sun-filled days walking the miles of white sand beach and relaxing by the water, Sand Caper 201 is a lovely 2nd floor 2B/2B condo with a Screened In Lanai to offer guests a comfortable outdoor space to relax and take in the sea breezes. The large Master Bedroom En Suite has a Queen sized bed, its own TV and its own Lanai entrance. Master Bath has a large vanity and Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds and a Full Guest Bath right next door. The open living area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV and a large dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, and all dishware and cookware. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit, free in-unit Wifi, a secured lobby, building elevators and ample on-site parking. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a marina, where you can launch your next fishing trip! Next door to Wyndham Inn with Pinchers restaurant and Tiki Bar, across the street is CVS and Santini Plaza with several shops, restaurants & bars.
Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you to Lover's Key or up to Times Square. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.
