This wonderful 2 Bedroom/2 Bath vacation home is a spacious condo that sleeps six comfortably (using the sleeper sofa and/or the air mattress) and lets the light of the brilliant Florida sunshine into nearly every room. Thanks to Riviera Club's perfect beachfront location, there is a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The best place to watch our world-famous sunsets is from the comfort of your Screened In Lanai! Imagine the joy of sipping a drink on this lanai as you watch the Florida sun sink behind the Gulf waters...or sipping a cup of your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins play. It's a front row seat on one of nature's best shows that changes every minute.
The Living Room includes lots of comfortable seating and a huge flat screen Roku/Hulu TV so everyone can enjoy a good show after a full day on the beach. The open concept living space also includes a full sized Dining Area with a table for 4 and a Breakfast Bar that seats 3 more. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring brand new major appliances (including that "oh so" important dishwasher), has everything you need to cook up a feast or a simple snack for your family. There's plenty of counter space for prep and all the utensils (including the outdoor grilling utensils for the BBQ), all the cookware (including a crockpot), all the small appliances (two coffee makers, blender, toaster oven) and all the dishware you need! In one corner of the kitchen you will find a handy stackable washer and dryer so you can keep your family in clean clothes throughout your stay.
The large Master Bedroom En Suite features a King sized Bed, its own TV for late night viewing, a private lanai access, and a fabulous view of the Gulf! The Master Bath En Suite has a large vanity/sink area and a newly remodeled, tiled Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom features two Twin Beds to give you maximum flexibility for your guests. Right next door you will find the Guest Bath that has been completely remodeled with another beautiful Walk In Shower. There's plenty of storage space in both bedrooms to spread out your belongings and lots of storage space for clothes. And the linen closet holds lots of plush towels for everyone, extra sheets and blankets, and linens for the sleeper sofa bed and air mattress should you need.
Another wonderful feature of this vacation home, is the office space w/ desk to allow a guest to work remotely. There's free WiFi in the unit so you bring your laptop. PLEASE NOTE: the laptop and printer in the photo are NOT included - you must bring your own office equipment. There is no TV in the office area, but there is a DVD player in the monitor/screen shown.
The Riviera Club offers wonderful amenities for its guests, including a fabulous resort-sized heated pool with waterfall feature, spa, huge sundeck around the pool with lounge chairs, a second sundeck area overlooking the Gulf, a BBQ area, building elevators, beautifully decorated and secured lobby, and ample on site parking. Of course, the best of all is that the Riviera Club sits on one of our country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of white sandy beach and blue waters of the Gulf.
The Riviera Club Condos are located on the beautiful and quiet South end of the island on the Gulf side, about a block south of Santini Marina Plaza - walking distance to shopping, dining, marina and more! Beach trolley stops right outside the Riviera Club and can take you south to Lover's Key State Park or north to The Pier, Times Square and all the night spots.

We had a fabulous relaxing vacation at Riviera 802! From the stunning sunsets out the windows every single night to the comforts of unit itself, we could not have been happier.
The unit itself was spotless – comes fully equipped which allowed us to cook ourselves, take meals to the beach, enjoy sunset dining on the perfect deck as well as grilling fresh seafood from the market. The only thing missing was a whisk and a beach blanket, lol.
The master bed was super comfy and the view out the bedroom window to die for – we slept to the sound of waves and moon and stars reflecting on the water and in the morning often saw a bald eagle sail past not to mention the pelican platoon. The unit had a bunch of beach chairs, umbrellas, even coolers! Plenty of beach towels, a library of books tucked here and there and lots of space. Great high speed internet that allowed me to work a few days. And of course having the washer/dryer and dishwasher was so nice.
But it was the beach location that we loved the most – this complex was on what we felt the best part of the beach – 5 minutes to a spot to set up for the day, a short walk to a lagoon filled with hundreds of birds, right near a large sandbar that was filled with sand dollars, whelks, starfish, sea urchins and all other kinds of shells. We were surprised to be able to snorkel at times!
The unit’s pool was also divine – we nearly had it to ourselves. Included a waterfall and hot tub, restrooms and lots of lounge chairs.
Of course there are tons of restaurants to be had in the area – Bonita beach area was closer and less traffic to reach – try Flippers – and lots of shops including a farmers market right by the Nesbit office.
Everyone we met during our stay were very nice and we immediately rebooked for next year!
