This lovely beachfront one bedroom, one bath vacation condo with tile throughout is bright and airy with a tropical flair. Panoramic views of the island from your 9th Floor Balcony - you can see all the way to the Bay! The bedroom has a king-sized bed to provide a good night's sleep after a day at the beach. Full Bath has a large Walk In Shower. The living room features a large smart TV and comfortable seating. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for four. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in the building, dual elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. Free WiFi is also available by the pool.
Step out the back door to beach - 7 miles of white, sugar sand beach, birds feeding in the natural lagoon, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico - you can walk for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.
