This beautiful two-bedroom/two-bathroom air-conditioned Gulf Front Condo at the popular Carlos Pointe Beach Club can be your dream island vacation headquarters on Fort Myers Beach. Recently remodeled, the entire home is styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle with tile throughout. The open concept living, and dining area is bathed in natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors. Comfortable new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa (converts to a queen-sized bed), will have you relaxed and feeling at home in no time. There's a large TV so you can catch your favorite show. Brand-new stainless-steel appliances (including that oh so important dishwasher) compliment the custom cabinetry and granite countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - tableware and cookware.
For entertaining, there's also a dining area with a table for four conveniently located right next to the breakfast bar. Meals can be enjoyed here or out on the lanai.
The Master Bedroom En Suite will be waiting for you at the end of the day. A true Master Retreat, there's a King-sized bed, in-room wall mounted large flat screen TV, walk in closet and full Master Bath to spoil you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was exactly as advertised, which is very important. The photos are not stock photos, they are actually the unit I reserved. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook at home if desired. The view is breathtaking! You can walk to Lover’s Key, some of the best shelling in SW Florida. You won’t regret booking this wonderful place. The property manager (or one of the staff, they never really identified themselves) is pretty rude. Don’t forget to apply for your parking permit as soon as your tire hits the property and you’ll be fine.
Bottom line, thank goodness for Kathy Nesbit Vacations, who made the whole process of checking in and out seemless, which made up for the staff at the property. KNV was also available on the weekend for some questions we had. I can’t say enough about their service. We’ll be using them again.

Condo is remodeled and nicely redecorated. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Lots of sand toys which were much appreciated. It is a little hike across the sand to the beach, but worth the effort. They also came frequently to stir up the sand. Easy check in and out at KN vacations.
