Welcome to this lovely 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Beachfront Condo on the Gulf of Mexico which boasts a gorgeous direct Gulf view. Beautifully furnished in the tropical Bahamian-style, Riviera Club 603 is the perfect Florida vacation residence.

You have a view of the Gulf from nearly every room from this 6th Floor vacation condo. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large screen TV. The living area leads directly to a screened in lanai with a fabulous direct Gulf view. Take in the sea breezes while you relax and read a book. Enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning while you watch the dolphins swim by, and then catch our world famous sunsets while sipping a glass of wine - all from your very own lanai.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and includes a dishwasher. The dining table seats 6. The Master Bedroom En Suite features a King-sized bed and its own wall-mounted, large screen TV. The En Suite Master Bath has a vanity and dressing area, with the toilet and shower/tub in a separate room. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and its own TV, while the Guest Bath sits right next door. Just off the Kitchen is the perfect spot for working remotely - a mini office area with a desk and comfortable desk chair. For your convenience, this condo offers an in-unit Washer/Dryer and free WiFi.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The Riviera Club offers wonderful amenities for its guests, including a fabulous resort-sized heated pool with waterfall feature, huge sundeck around the pool with lounge chairs, building elevators, beautifully decorated and secured lobby, and ample on site parking. Of course, the best of all is that the Riviera Club sits on one of our country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of white sandy beach and blue waters of the Gulf.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk to 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!

The Riviera Club Condos are located on the beautiful and quiet South end of the island on the Gulf side, about a block south of Santini Marina Plaza - walking distance to shopping, dining, marina and more!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.

"This was a great place for us. We enjoy walking the beach and it is directly on the beach with gorgeous sunsets. Dolphins and pelicans entertained daily. The pool was warm and very enjoyable. The accommodations were exactly as described, and an added bonus were the beach chairs in the unit. All the people we met were very friendly and the rental staff were responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful time.

"I enjoy cooking and did so daily. Of all the places I've rented, this condo was the best well stocked for that purpose. Plenty of towels too! The laundry facilities in the unit were a great convenience. The lanai furniture was very comfortable as was all the furniture. The people at the Riviera Club were very friendly. Needless to say, the location and GORGEOUS view of the Gulf of America was the best! Penny and Randy at Nesbit Vacations were very helpful and responded quickly. An excellent getaway!
