Bright, clean, airy and very nicely decorated with tropical flair, this vacation home features tile floors throughout and lots of ceiling fans so you can turn off the A/C and open up the windows and lanai doors to let in the Gulf breezes.
The fully equipped, beautifully updated Kitchen with custom designed cabinetry and new appliances, including a glass top cooktop, microwave, and that "oh-so-important" dishwasher. Dishware and cookware fill the cabinets to allow you to prepare all your meals or better enjoy take out. Lots of counter space for prep extends to a huge granite-topped peninsula. Best of all, there's a huge breakfast bar with four stools where your family and guests can relax for a meal and plan the day's acitivies. The sunlight filled open floor layout offers a lovely Gulf view from the kitchen. For more formal eat-ins, there's a beautiful new glass-topped dining table for 4.
In the living room, you will find lots of comfortable seating and a huge large screen TV for family viewing. Straight through the sliding glass doors to the screened in lanai where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine or hours of relaxation reading the newest best seller.
The Master Bedroom is an En Suite and boasts a King-sized bed, its own TV and a private lanai access. The professionally designed Master Bath features a walk in shower and lots of little extras. On the opposite side of the condo sits the Guest Bedroom that has two Twin beds and its own TV so everyone can enjoy late night viewing. Right next door is the Guest Bath with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there's free WiFi in the unit, a building elevator, ample on-site parking and a laundry facility located on-site in the Smugglers Cove building.
Beautifully landscaped with palm trees swaying in the sea breeze, Smugglers Cove is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Your backyard is 7 miles of sugar sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Fort Myers Beach is one of the country's top rated beaches and is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, white sandy beach, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing. Mid island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere. No need to use your car - you are walking distance to Publix grocery store, Bayfront Bistro and Snook Bite Marina. The Beach Trolley also stops outside Smugglers Cove and will take you from one end of the island to the other - south to Lover's Key State Park or north up to Times Square, The Pier, and Bowditch Point Park. Since Smugglers Cove is located mid-island, it's only 3 1/2 miles from either end of the island.
Smugglers Cove offers guests all the amenities in a tropical setting. Relax on the beach under one of our tiki huts; swim in the Gulf or take a dip in the resort-sized heated pool. There's plenty of lounge chairs poolside, a shuffleboard court and BBQ grills to enjoy.
PLEASE NOTE: On-site parking for one vehicle per rental unit. Vehicle must have proper parking permit obtained from Smugglers Cove on-site office. Only Registered Guests are allowed on the property. Additional one day visitor parking passes available upon request by Registered Guest and are subject to parking availability.

We had a great time at Smugglers Cove. The condo was very clean and well equipped and we had everything we needed. The unit had a screened in lanai so there were no insects to contend with as you enjoy the beautiful gulf views. It is In a quieter part of the beach so that was nice for us as well. The condo building also supplies chairs and loungers that can be used on the grass facing the beach. There are also palapas so if you need shade you have that option. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it.

This property lives up to its description. Well appointed and directly on the beach, steps away. The overall property is very nice, clean and friendly. We will be booking this property again. I only have two suggestions for potential improvement and those are: Sofa needs new cushions and the storm door has to much tension and may be concerning for kids and elderly. Overall difficult to leave such a nice property and location.

Great condo right on the beach. Beautiful place, very clean. Nice appliances with everything you need if you want to eat in. Only thing to note is glass table and end tables so if you have children please be careful. Kathy Nesbit Vacations was a pleasure to work with. So much info provided we didn’t ask any questions! Condo is in middle of FMB. Great location. Quiet.
Great property in and out. Meticulously decorated. Top notch accommodations.
Pool, nice grassy areas or the beach to relax right outside the condo. Great views from top floor lanai. Beautiful sunsets.
Trolley is a great option to move around the island main strip.
Had a restful, peaceful vacation!!
