Gorgeous panoramic views from your balcony overlooking 7 miles of white, sugar sand beach, birds feeding in the natural lagoon, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico - you can sit for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf. Every night you can watch our world-famous sunsets from the balcony and make it one of the most cherished memory of your vacation.
This lovely beachfront one bedroom, one bath vacation condo with tile throughout is bright and airy with a tropical flair. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, and a partition wall. The living room features a large smart TV and comfortable seating. The sleeper sofa can accommodate one guest. There's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops and a dining table for four. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. No Pets/No Smoking.
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in the building, dual elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. Free WiFi is also available by the pool.
Step out the back door to beach or go across the street to restaurants, bars, shops and a marina at Santini Marina Plaza. Take the island trolley to the north end of the island to Times Square and The Pier or south to Lovers Key State Park.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

Very clean, bright and airy with coastal decor. Beautiful view! Unit could use some updating especially the bathroom. There is no dishwasher.

The ocean view is spectacular, but the unit could use some amenities. Several hooks in the bathroom for wet swimsuits and towels would be greatly appreciated. Also, the amount of towels initially in the room was not adequate, so we had to go to the office across the street to get more. There is a vein missing in the sliding blinds, and the under counter lights did not work. No dishwasher was a bit of a surprise, as we hadn’t planned to do dishes on vacation! A little TLC to the unit would be appreciated!

Well set up accommodations with a fabulous view. We use this complex to visit Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach, Lovers Key, Barefoot Beach, Naples and Marco Island. Along with having the best stretch of sand right at your door. A dozen restaurants within 15 minutes that we enjoy at all levels of cost. Nothing here not to enjoy.

Great location South end of Fort Myers directly on the beach. Beautiful view from this unit, amazing sunsets, go to sleep with the sound of waves crashing in the ocean.
Enjoy your private beach only steps away from the unit, sea shells galore and unit has all the necessary items to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend, wish we could have stayed longer. Until next time!

Heavenly view of ocean, listened to the surf all night, every night, had a wonderful stay. Very clean, but would recommend updating in future, with minor repairs needed (toilet runs off and on, some blind panels missing, a dishwasher would be appreciated, bedding worn but clean).

The building is a little dated, but the apartment and location were absolutely perfect for our needs. Easy access to a great beach, and spectacular sunsets and the sounds of crashing waves every night. Fantastic location in that it was on the south end of the beach and well removed from the touristy part of Ft. Myers Beach! And there are some good restaurants right across the street. The apartment was also well equipped. Highly recommend!
