Looking out your 6th floor lanai window you won't be able to see a single building obstructing your view of lush Lover's Key State Park to the south, endless azure seas to the west, or natural beaches stretching off into the distance along the coast. Watch the day unfold from sunrise to sunset while you enjoy the warm tropical breeze from your chair. Dolphins frequent the shallow waters in front of you and the shelling is superb.

While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, picnic ware and toys plus a beach cart to haul everything!

Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily.

Our well stocked KITCHEN provides many extras! Plenty of dishware and glassware for fine dining inside, plus outdoor picnic supplies, most utensils you would ever need, waffle maker, electric pancake griddle, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, bar set, new pans and so much more!

DINING AREA features a glass top wicker table for six plus seating for three at the bar.

The MASTER BEDROOM has two matching chests with reading lights on either side of the king sized bed plus a hand painted storage cabinet on which the flat screen TV sits. The master BATH features a luxurious shower, many cabinets, and granite counter top.

The GUEST BEDROOM with its own flat screen TV is cozy and casual with natural wicker double dresser, nightstand, and twin beds. The totally remodeled BATH has a tile shower and also a large linen closet. Hair dryers provided in each bathroom.

On site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. Close by on the island are restaurants, shopping, night spots, movie theater, parks on both the beach and bay side, marinas, and of course, Times Square and The Pier, favorite tourist destinations. You can venture down to the rest of the island by beach trolley!

Beautiful condo with great view

"Have rented condo at Carlos Point for many years. Love the condo and view. But during this vacation period we had a few problems. One of the beds in guest bedroom was broken. Sliding door in main room was difficult to open. While there is a beach cart, it is unusable because the sand is too deep. A four wheel beach wagon would be greatly appreciated. There is a faded sign over pool that is almost unreadable stating no floats, noodles, toys allowed in pool. Pool is wonderful for the children but adults cannot use it because of amount of floats in pool and balls being thrown. New Keurig coffee maker and new towels are a plus. Well equipped condo

"Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with direct ocean front views. The condo is very well equipped from the washer and dryer in the unit to a wide array of cooking pans/utensils. Even two types of coffee makers… regular coffee pot and a Keurig type. Lots of beach towels, some folding beach chairs and a foldable beach cart (although we never used it). Plenty of room for 4. Could sleep 6 with the pull out couch. Views of the ocean and the State Park land across the inlet. There is a wide expanse of sand, hard packed for easy walking, to the ocean with bird sanctuaries on each side. Many turtle nesting areas marked along the appropriate 1.5-2.0 mile beach.
