Welcome to the beach! Spectacular world-class sunrises and sunsets await you from the lanai of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Carlos Pointe. Located on the south end of the island, this condo offers beautiful views of Lovers Key State Park and the Gulf of Mexico from your lanai.
The kitchen is a dream with new appliances (including a dishwasher and washer/dryer), granite countertops and a fabulous breakfast bar where you can plan your day's activities over a cup of coffee. You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen served on the large dining table for 6, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on your lanai. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining. The screened in lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh air! Offering spectacular views of the Gulf, your lanai gives you a front row seat to our world famous sunsets.
After a day at the beach, the living area is the perfect place to relax and watch movies on the flat screen TV, play board games, read a book or for just quiet contemplation. There's comfy seating for everyone and a sofa bed for extra guests. The Master Bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the king bed, and features its own TV and private lanai access. Master Bath has a tub/shower combo and large vanity. The Guest Bedroom has twin beds and it's own TV and there's a Guest Bath with a walk in shower right next door.
For your convenience, Carlos Pointe 413 offers free WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, a secured lobby, two building elevators, and ample parking.
The beachfront pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park and loads of lounge chairs for guests.
Once you walk out to the beach you can walk in either direction - south will take you to Lovers Key State Park (abounding in nature walks and shelling on the beach). You can also walk north to Times Square (although you might want to drive - it's quite a way) - there are shops, restaurants and all the activities the island has to offer.
Santini Plaza is north of Carlos Pointe by about a mile and also offers shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.
*PLEASE NOTE: the blue lounge chairs on the beach are a private concessionaire and not included in the Carlos Pointe resort amenities.

Wonderful unit. Amazing views. Pool was very clean and the beach is quiet and not crowded. Lots of dolphins and manatees. Trolley stop is across the street. Definitely will stay in this unit again.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Beautiful beachfront views. Condo had all the amenities. Amazing location close to Santini Plaza, Lovers Key, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great views of the beach. Family friendly atmosphere. Pool was a little busy at times and we had to alter our schedule just a little bit to ensure room for everyone. Condo was as expected from pictures online and we have stayed at the location previously and loved our stay and plan on staying at this location again next year.

Great condo! Very clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the washer and dryer in the condo. Beach view was fantastic, but it was a long walk to the water. Could use more storage for food items in the kitchen, but it was well stocked with plates, cups, etc. Love the area!

What a great Unit! The space was perfect for our family of 3, had lots of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and bogey boards! Location was right on the beach, although a short walk to get there. There was lots of sea life to see in the location, dolphins, starfish, flamingos, crabs, and manatees. The unit had lots of kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, and appliances. Having 2 full bathrooms was certainly a plus! The building was easy to get in and out of, parking was simple. The rec room and pool area were well maintained and clean every day. We enjoyed that there was a fridge in the rec room too! Overall very nice. The beds were a bit worn, and the pillows were flat, but we can bring our own next time we visit.
