Estero Beach & Tennis Club is one of the most popular complexes in the quiet, south end of the island - known for its relaxing and carefree atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Maria Plaza. The beach trolley stops right outside this community which will take you to Lover's Key or up to Times Square and The Pier. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has walking trails throughout the grounds with lush landscaping, tennis courts for your use, resort-sized heated pool with lounge chairs, BBQ, coined operated laundry facilities in the lobby, internet access in the lobby and by the pool. There is a large parking lot with open parking. Pool is open dawn to dusk.
This very nice condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table for 4. Large bath provides you with fresh linens and towels. Ceramic tile floor throughout. There's a king-sized bed for the perfect night's sleep after a busy day on the island. Your sunny balcony allows you to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the ocean breezes and sound of the surf. Our property has location, competitive pricing and everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

This condo was great for my family of 3!!! Perfect location to other attractions on FMB! Loved that there was a private beach steps away from the property where dolphins frequent! It helped make for a great home away from home on our vacation. The staff from Kathy Nesbit were so friendly right from the point of checking in, and the staff at the rental unit were equally wonderful. Communication during our stay and leading up to the trip was excellent. I will be booking through Kathy’s again!!! Great experience for a first time VRBO renter.

Very clean, nice Condo, stayed with my teenage son and pull out sofa was a great addition. Staff at Nesbit was great upon arrival, right across the street. Close walk to beach and beautiful, dolphins came very close to shore one day and we enjoyed the sunsets also. Nice pool and friendly guests. Great strip mall across the street, we didn’t rent a car, used the trolly to get to jet skiing & uber to get to the airport. FYI, call day ahead for car service to airport, we didn’t know and almost missed our flight. We had a great time!!

Great Condo, view of the Gulf, walk to the beach. Nesbit RE was very responsive to a couple of things I needed upon move in. Nice pool, friendly folks from other condos everyday. Nice strip mall across Estero Blvd, walking distance to breakfast Cafe, bar & grill also a quick walk where the food & beer was great. Can’t wait to return.

Glad Gary was able to make improvements with the window shades. Only several “melmac” dishes, other than heavy porcelain ones; also lack of lighter drinking glasses. However, wonderful other seniors sharing the “rays”.
