TWO WEEK MINIMUM Rental. (Saturday to Saturday only in peak season Dec - April).
From the fabulous wrap around 4th floor lanai you won't be able to see a single building obstructing your view of lush Lover's Key State Park to the south, endless blue Gulf to the west, or natural beaches stretching off into the distance along the coast. Watch the day unfold from the golden light of sunrise to our world famous sunsets while you enjoy the warm tropical breeze from your lounge chair. Watch the dolphins feeding and the boats running in and out of the Bay on their way to the Gulf for some of the best fishing spots in Florida. The huge beachfront holds white sand and the shelling is superb.

This fabulous 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath vacation condo is the perfect sunny getaway for your family. The open concept living area has tile throughout and is beautifully furnished. The living room features comfy seating and a flat screen TV with HD so you can watch from the kitchen while you prepare meals. The dining area has a table for four. Or you can have everyone dine out on the screened in lanai on the second dining table for four. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite counter tops! Plenty of dishware and glassware for fine dining inside, plus outdoor picnic supplies, most utensils you would ever need, blender, coffee maker, new pans and so much more.

Furniture and accessories are replaced often to keep unit in 5-star shape! FREE WIFI and In Unit WASHER/DRYER is included for your convenience. There is ample parking, a secured lobby and building elevator.

Master Bedroom En Suite has a King-sized bed, large screen tv and its own private lanai access. The newly remodeled master bath features brand new cabinets and granite counter top. The Guest Bedroom is cozy and casual with twin beds. The totally remodeled GUEST BATH has a tiled walk-in shower.

On site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. The Carlos Pointe beachfront is huge, with 7 miles of white sand and blue surf.

Close by on the island are restaurants, shopping, night spots, movie theater, parks on both the beach and bay side, marinas, and of course, Times Square and The Pier, favorite tourist destinations. You can venture down to the rest of the island by beach trolley! Ride the Beach Trolley from one end of the island to the other. An excellent public library is nearby as well as movie theater, fine restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Times Square boasts of live week end sunset performances and outdoor dining. This could be your best vacation yet!

Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds.

Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago. Stroll through the Matanzas Pass Nature Preserve and enjoy Florida's flora, fauna, and bird life in its primitive state. Walk to Lover's Key State Park for kayaking, shelling, and picnics.
