Harbour Pointe 127 is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned condo that can accommodate 6 people for that well deserved vacation. Right from the beginning of your stay as you get off the elevator on the 1st floor, you enjoy a view of the bay from your front door! Spacious and comfy, the living room has plenty of seating to allow everyone to relax and watch TV together. There's a table for 4 in the separate dining room just off the kitchen, along with a convenient breakfast bar that can accommodate another 4 to grab a quick lunch or breakfast before you head out to the beach.
This 1st floor unit also enjoys beautiful water views from your screened in lanai - watch the boats go by as they make their way out to the Bay. Manatees and dolphins are always being spotted in the Harbour Pointe canals. Spend many relaxing hours sitting out on the lanai reading while enjoying the fresh sea air. Double french doors open up the master bedroom en suite, which has a king sized bed, its own TV and a view of the canal. The master bath has a dressing area with the vanity and sink, while the tub/shower combo and toilet are in a separate enclosed area. The guest bedroom has a 2 sets of bunk beds and its own TV.
