It was a well built condo building — never could hear our neighbors. Owners were very helpful at the beginning of our stay.

We had a great time. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The one thing that needs attention is the door to get in. It sticks so bad and could be difficult for some of us to open. The first week was great weather but when the rainy days hit after that the beach in that area flooded and made it difficult to walk out to the ocean. Not sure what the town can do about that. We usually vacation in April on the north end, so we haven’t had that before. Loved the condo unit but probably wouldn’t choose the location again. The customer service with all of you was excellent and we would use you again.

I would recommend Sunset 804 to anyone. The Condo was beautiful. The grounds were immaculate. The local manager Bob was a great guy and very nice and helpful. Most of the people staying there whether owners or renters were very nice. Your staff was excellent and very helpful. See you again with or without Shoes….. and maybe a drink at Sky bar!!
