Other amenities at Estero Beach And Tennis Club are on-site coin laundry facilities, dual elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking.
Estero Beach And Tennis Club 202C is a beachfront efficiency condo located on the quiet, south end of the island within walking distance of Santini Marina Plaza with shopping and restaurants. You can hop on the Beach Trolley down to The Pier, Times Square, more restaurants and bars.
Charming and comfy for two (and two more on the sleeper sofa), 202C is an open concept efficiency condo with a dining table for 4, a king sized bed, comfortable seating, sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV in the living room. Bedroom has a privacy partition. Wood floor throughout, no carpet. Newly remodeled full bath. There's free cable TV. All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.
But you will be spending most of your time out on the private 2nd floor balcony. With a beautiful view of the island, including a partial view of the turquoise waters of the Gulf, you can sit for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf.
Please note there is no WiFi in the unit, but there is free WiFi around the pool and sundeck.
There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

Perfect space for 2! This place was perfect! A tiny bit outdated, but had everything we needed – even beach chairs, umbrellas & a cooler! I have never seen a bathroom so clean! The tennis club itself was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time meeting a lot of fun people at the pool & beach. A lot of great shops & restaurants within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!

nice one bedroom unit. Some updating needed. The location, landscaping, and beach area is great. We wanted to be at the southern end, and this condo complex is one of the best around.

Rating based on location of building. Wonderful beach. Kathy Nesbit very accommodating. Would certainly not return to 202C. No counter space at all. TV so small hard to see sitting on couch. Upholstered chair seen better days. Closets stuffed and unorganized. Size of unit worked for two, certainly not more.
