Plenty of dishware and glassware for fine dining inside, plus outdoor picnic supplies, most utensils you would ever need, blender, coffee maker, new pans and so much more.
Furniture and accessories are replaced often to keep unit in 5-star shape! FREE WIFI and In Unit WASHER/DRYER is included for your convenience. There is ample parking, a secured lobby and building elevator.
The MASTER BEDROOM En Suite has a King-sized bed, large screen tv and its own private lanai access. The MASTER BATH features a tiled shower/tub, brand new cabinets and granite counter top. The GUEST BEDROOM with its own flat screen TV is cozy and casual with twin beds. The totally remodeled GUEST BATH has a tiled walk-in shower.
On site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. The Carlos Pointe beachfront is huge, with 7 miles of white sand and blue surf.
Close by on the island are restaurants, shopping, night spots, movie theater, parks on both the beach and bay side, marinas, and of course, Times Square and The Pier, favorite tourist destinations. You can venture down to the rest of the island by beach trolley! Ride the Beach Trolley from one end of the island to the other. An excellent public library is nearby as well as movie theater, fine restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Times Square boasts of live week end sunset performances and outdoor dining. This could be your best vacation yet!
Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Loved the view, the location. Nice clean unit. Had a few maintenance issues that need addressed.
