Welcome to the beach! Fabulous sunrises and world famous sunsets await you from the lanai of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, completely remodeled beachfront condo at Castle Beach. Located on the south end of the island, this condo offers beautiful views of Lovers Key State Park and the Gulf of Mexico from nearly every room.

Master Bedroom En Suite features a King sized bed for maximum comfort, large flat screen TV, private access out to the lanai and views of the water from your bed. The newly remodeled Master Bath has a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom is also an En Suite and also has a King sized bed for your guests. The newly remodeled Guest Bath has a Walk In Shower. Both Bedrooms/Baths are fully stocked with fresh linens and towels.

The open concept living area includes a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa. There's a dining table for four. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen offers new appliances, including that oh so important dishwasher, and a breakfast bar that seats three. Cook up a great meal to enjoy on your lanai. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside with a glass of wine at the end of the day to toast our world famous sunsets or greet the sun in the morning with that first cup of coffee. The lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh sea air! Castle Beach 302 offers free WiFi and the very convenient, in-unit washer/dryer - no going home with dirty clothes! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO CABLE TV BUT THE SMART TVs are CONNECTED TO THE WIFI and offer Peacock, Paramount+ and FireTV.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Castle Beach Complex has a heated pool with sundeck and lounge chairs, BBQ area, secured building elevator, and ample on-site parking with one assigned spot for you.

Castle Beach Beachfront Complex is a small, 24-unit building at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach right where the Gulf flows into Big Carlos Pass. The beach is HUGE and secluded and perfect for fishing. Miles of beautiful, white sandy beach is just outside your back door. Soak up the sun or take long walks to enjoy shell collecting or bird watching... 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Castle Beach #302 ~ FANTASTIC!!!!

"We have to honestly say it was probably one of THE cleanest rentals we have ever had. We enjoyed it tremendously! Nice people at the unit, beautiful beach, great pool, updated furniture, comfortable bed. Just the right size for a couple. The only complaint we had was the traffic and that has nothing to do with the condo. You would find that anywhere in Fort Myers or Bonita Springs in season. "The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The beech was magnificent. We appreciated the wagon and beech equipment for us to use. I didn't expect that. The pool was nice and we were the only ones there 5 out of the 7 days that we were there. There are some nice restaurants with- in walking distance. Overall, We'll be back next year.
