Located at the tip of a point on the south end of the island, the beautifully landscaped Harbour Pointe Resort Condominiums enjoy gorgeous views of the Bay. Relax, soak up the sun and watch the boats go by!

Harbour Pointe 725N is a fantastic newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned condo that can accommodate 4 people for that well deserved vacation. Right from the beginning of your stay as you get off the elevator on the 7th floor, you enjoy a magnificent view of the bay from your front door! Comfortable seating in the living room allows everyone to relax and watch TV together. There's a large table for 4 in the dining area, along with a convenient breakfast bar. There's a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and corian countertops. This 7th floor unit also enjoys beautiful water views from your screened in lanai - the Bay and the pool to the left and the canal to the right. You can even see the Gulf! Spend many relaxing hours sitting out on the lanai reading while enjoying the sea air or dining al fresco. The master bedroom en suite has a king sized bed, its own TV and its own private lanai access. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, its own TV and a beautiful bay view. Next door is the guest bath with a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer located right in the unit, Free WiFi, a building elevator, and ample parking.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Harbour Pointe offers direct bay access, where guests can stroll along the seawall and docks, watch boats drift by, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. The property also features a large heated swimming pool overlooking the Bay; several specially designed sun deck areas by the water with lounge chairs, dining tables with umbrellas and BBQs; a pool house that includes a large air conditioned social room for dining or playing cards; and a fishing dock for all those fish you are going to catch - no need to rent a boat. Harbour Pointe is nestled in a walkable area near Bay Beach Lane—ideal for morning jogs or evening strolls. Best of all, the sandy shores of Fort Myers Beach are just a short walk away with a private beach access. Harbour Pointe also shares "The Commons of Bay Beach Lane" which has tennis/pickleball courts, bocci ball, and parking closer to the private beach access.

Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
