This perfect get-away beachfront vacation condo in paradise is part of the Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation, 4 clay tennis courts, a fountain lake and resort-sized heated pool at the southern upscale and quiet end of the island. Gorgeous views from your balcony overlooking the pool, 7 miles of pristine white sandy beach, birds feeding in the natural lagoon, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Every night you can watch our world-famous sunsets from the balcony and make it one of the most cherished memories of your vacation. Your one bedroom, one bath unit has a king-sized bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is an elevator, secured lobby and pool area, and on-site laundry facilities in the building. Free WiFi is available in the unit and by the pool. Pool is open dawn to dusk.
ONE PET ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL AND $250 ADDITIONAL PET FEE. (This fee may be added after booking if not included in the quote.)
Step out the back door to beach or go across the street to restaurants, bars, shops and a marina. Take the island trolley to the north end of the island to Times Square and The Pier or south to Lovers Key State Park.
There is a STRICT NO smoking policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

The condo was great. Plenty of room and storage. Though there wasn’t much counter space the table was large and fit our needs well with easy access to the microwave from the table. The view was tremendous and sitting on the balcony very relaxed. I am having walking issues and the ease of getting to the elevator that led to the pool, beach and front of the unit was welcome. We appreciated the mild weather and hope to return next year.

We stayed for the whole month of March and each person at Kathy Nesbit Vacations was polite, efficient and good natured!!!! We have never found a problem with KNV. Condo was nice. Could use a grab bar in tub/shower.
