While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!

This fabulous canal waterfront home has been recently updated with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops and an island dining area. The open floor plan overlooks a heated pool, a dock and the canal that accesses into The Gulf of Mexico. Newly redecorated with island-style furniture, this beautiful home is one of our most popular vacation rentals.

All three bedrooms have individual en suite baths. The master suite has a separate entry to the deck that overlooks the pool and the canal. The Great Room has a high definition TV with Comcast On-Demand and an entertainment system with surround sound. Wireless internet is available in the entire house.
The home is 200 yards from one of the widest points of beach on Fort Myers Beach.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

"This house was our perfect paradise for eight days. The location was near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping plazas. We especially liked the pool. Perfect for our family

"July we usually vacation in Hilton Head with my son and his family. My son loves to sail on his 2 man Laser boat, but couldn’t get a rental with a dock in Hilton Head… Well, this place was perfect! Every time the wind was up he was out sailing! We so enjoyed the pool, with the noodles and pool stuff…. My daughter in law and I cooked almost ever meal… I bring lots of stuff from home, but with this house it was not necessary… it was so well equipped! I loved the white walls and vaulted ceiling‘s! We never felt cramped! When we first opened the front doors we where pleasantly surprised… well, we have been shocked before! Nicer than the pictures! So clean also… I have been known to clean first thing… didn’t have to… I can be a germophobe! My grandsons are 11 and 14… the pool and sailing where their favorites… my daughter in law and I read a book, very peaceful.. the beach was ok… found lots of sand dollars… I would definitely recommend! Fine For Our Family

"This vacation rental house worked out fine for our family vacation to Fort Myers. The beach was a short easy walk. There was plenty of room for my 3 teenagers to spread out. The pool was perfect and I think we spend more time in the pool then the beach because of storms in the afternoon. The house came equipped with everything we needed. "We had a great stay and the property was just as described. Short walk to the beach and several restaurant options nearby. Pinchers and Outrigger were our favorites.
